A Day in the Life

• Kick off by setting up laser cutting machines and dialing in parameters to meet exact part specifications.
• Translate blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders into clear cutting plans before each run.
• Keep a close eye on machine performance, fine-tuning settings to maintain quality and throughput.
• Handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep equipment operating at peak performance.
• Uphold a clean, orderly, and safe workspace by following established safety protocols.
• Coordinate with teammates to hit production targets and meet tight deadlines.
• Capture what you do—document processes and maintain precise records of each job.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in laser operation or a related field is a plus.
• Hands-on experience running laser cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfort reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate seamlessly in a fast-paced setting.
