Hematology/Oncology Physician

Base Salary: $500,000 + Incentives Flexible Schedule | Partnership Track Available Are you looking to practice Hematology/Oncology in a setting where quality, relationships, and autonomy truly matter? New York Our client is a growing, multi‑site private practice serving the New York community. As part of the practice, you’ll play a key role in expanding access to high‑quality Hem/Onc services while building meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients in the community. About The Role Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Established practice currently experiencing growth (2–3 week waitlist for new patients) Work alongside a full‑time physician during onboarding Travel between two sites Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 10am–6pm Wednesday: 12pm–7pm Friday: 10am–3pm Flexible schedule options available (3‑ or 4‑day work week possible) You’ll start by seeing 15–20 patients per day, with a higher proportion of hematology cases and room to expand oncology services. The emphasis is on quality over volume and building strong patient relationships.
