$23 - $30+ hourly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts

• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and follow-up activities

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service appointments in our CRM system

• Facilitate seamless communication between clients and our service team to ensure project success

• Monitor and report on scheduling metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners, builders, architects, and designers
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable learning and using CRM, scheduling, and other software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Construction, home services, luxury retail, or scheduling experience is a plus
• Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Previous sales support, project coordination, or scheduling experience preferred
