This individual will also be responsible for supervising subcontractor performance, ensuring the project meets quality and performance specifications and regulatory requirements, managing the start-up of the project, reviewing costs against estimates for each total project, and updating labor productivity reports. Individual assignments will vary based on project scope, phase, and job requirements. Qualifications: Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree related to the construction industry, and 5 years' experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities with exposure to healthcare projects in excess of $20 million. Candidates may permanently reside anywhere in the US but must will be willing to travel to project locations anywhere across North America for extended periods of time (up to 85%).
