Key responsibilities include recommending policy and procedural changes and developing measurement criteria and project plans such as cost and resource estimates. Job expectations include working with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies to implement change and improvements brought about by the project.Line Of Business Job Description:The Operations Project Consultant will be responsible for the testing of various systems conversion/modification and collateral projects. Daily responsibilities of this position include execution of test scripts and identification and tracking of defects Octane. Data prep and conditioning of accounts as necessary. Provide daily updates to stakeholders and leadership as needed. Review and validate changes across various collateral types and data sources to determine the appropriate testing methodology.Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PMResponsibilities:Analyzes current state processes, existing operations, procedures, and workflows and discovers pain points to develop approaches for potential solutions, including building a business case for improvement recommendations and driving the execution of implementationCoordinates with the business to support defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and their statuses, and measuring progress against ongoing success measuresSupports partnerships with operations management to create project impact and provide direction and guidance to internal teamsEstablishes and maintains relationships with relevant client stakeholders to communicate updates and escalate issuesPerforms risk management activities to minimize project risksAssists with creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentationLeverages business knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and supports change executionRequired Qualifications:1+ year of defect management and tracking experience2+ years of data analytics experience with Extensive Markup Language (XML) data filesBilingual Spanish - both oral and written proficiencyExperience with Agile and Waterfall project management testing methodologiesKnowledge and experience with Octane, JIRA, SQL Server Studio, Test plan/scripts, test execution, reportingFamiliarity with letter / disclosure / Monthly Statement developmentProduct Knowledge: Home Loans, Consumer Card, Deposit Products, Merchant, Consumer VehicleProject management and business/technical experienceStrong Communication SkillsSkills:Active ListeningAttention to DetailCollaborationCritical ThinkingWritten CommunicationsDecision MakingInfluenceOral CommunicationsPrioritizationProblem SolvingAdaptabilityCustomer and Client FocusData ManagementEmotional IntelligenceRisk ManagementInternal employees who are currently working from home are still eligible to apply.
