Applied Composites
Applied Composites seeks a Human Resources Manager, Business Partner to drive HR strategy, policies, and programs in support of the company’s business plan. You will lead employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning and recruitment planning, EEO, health and safety initiatives, and organizational development. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or HR, 7–10 years of HR experience with 5 years in management, and strong knowledge of California employment laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Applied Composites
