A well-established Northeast Ohio manufacturing company is seeking a Receptionist / Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, vendors, and employees.

In addition to traditional front desk and office coordination responsibilities, this position will provide support to customer service and sales-related activities, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and helping keep business operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Front Desk & Office Support

• Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and applicants
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain a professional and organized office environment
• Order and manage office supplies
• Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and office logistics

Administrative Support

• Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and record management
• Support various departments with administrative and clerical tasks
• Maintain accurate records and business documentation
• Assist management with special projects and day-to-day operational needs

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Respond to customer inquiries and direct requests appropriately
• Assist with order processing, quotes, and customer communications
• Support follow-up activities and administrative tasks for the sales team
• Help maintain customer information and records within company systems
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, office coordinator, customer service, or similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or service-based environment
• Customer service or inside sales support experience
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order processing systems
