Title
Charge Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

Schedule
- Shift: Days, 05:30-22:30 (12-hour shifts)
- Typical Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays and occasional Sundays for holidays

Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 9 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Requirements
- NY state license required
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Previous Charge Nurse/Team Leader experience required
- EPIC charting experience required
- Outpatient/chronic dialysis experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee nursing staff and patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
- Run a 4-patient pod and manage up to 21 stations.
- Perform AV fistula/graft cannulation and care, as well as tunneled/non-tunneled catheter management.
- Administer blood/products and manage common dialysis-related complications.
- Float to other dialysis locations as required.

Compliance / Notes
- Must float across multiple dialysis sites as needed
- Candidates within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted
- Return staff policy: 6-month system-wide restriction
