Sr. Project Manager

This role is for an experienced IT Project Manager who can lead medium to large technology projects from start to finish. The person will manage project schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and communications while coordinating teams across multiple departments. Many projects involve cybersecurity, infrastructure, ERP systems, software implementations, and enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

• Lead multiple IT projects with minimal supervision.
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, and quality (the \"triple constraints\").
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Run project meetings, status updates, workshops, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Track project finances, forecasts, accruals, and budget variances.
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects follow HF Sinclair PMO standards and governance processes.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Support cybersecurity and infrastructure-related projects.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Lead software releases, ERP implementations, and enterprise technology initiatives.

• 5-7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience managing:
  • Software implementation projects
  • Hardware projects
  • ERP implementations
  • Security/Cybersecurity projects
• Experience leading cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple vendors or system integrators.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
