About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager or Advanced Business Analyst to drive product initiatives in the banking, credit card, and connected commerce space. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can independently manage complex projects, collaborate across teams, and apply AI tools to improve product development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and customer journeys into actionable product requirements.
• Manage product backlogs, epics, user stories, and competing priorities.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Operations, and Testing teams to drive delivery.
• Apply AI tools to support analysis, problem-solving, and product execution.
• Develop test plans, track project risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders and executives.
• Support team members and ensure compliance with risk and control requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management, Advanced Business Analysis, or related experience.
• Practical experience applying AI tools in product development or delivery.
• Strong Agile expertise and ability to independently drive complex initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of cloud, APIs, microservices, or big data.
• Proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred: Banking, payments, credit card products, pricing, transaction processing, and product roadmap experience.
