Now hiring maintenance technician location: Pinckard, AL. Pay rate: $16.00 per hour. Shift: Monday Thursday | 6 AM 4:30 PM. From gear jams to power trips, you handle it all. Machines acting up? You see it coming a mile away. We need a maintenance tech who can spot trouble before it even starts and shut it down like a boss. If you can fix first, ask questions later, we've got a great opportunity for you.

Gear up for the job: 3+ years of related experience. Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. Capable of interpreting schematics. Strong computer skills (specifically with Microsoft operating systems). Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time-management skills. The ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Your daily grind (the good kind): Perform repairs by troubleshooting and scheduling preventative maintenance of production equipment. Decipher equipment manuals and work orders to perform required service. Replace and repair parts by accurately diagnosing malfunctions and making adjustments when necessary. Will use a variety of hand and power tools.
