Traveling Pool & Beach Manager – Summer Opportunity
Assignment: Summer Seasonal (Travel to New Jersey Required)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Traveling Pool & Beach Manager to oversee daily pool and beach operations at a New Jersey resort during the summer season. This role leads staff, ensures service standards, and delivers exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, schedule, and train pool & beach attendants
- Ensure proper setup of chairs, umbrellas, and towels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool, beach, and surrounding areas
- Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery
- Manage inventory (towels, supplies) and coordinate laundry flow
- Oversee opening/closing operations and daily team performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays required)
