Assembly & Manufacturing Technician Location: Mason, OH Pay Rate: $17+/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts) Employment Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire (Government Contractor) Position Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly & Manufacturing Technicians to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with hands‑on experience who enjoy working with tools, following procedures, and contributing to high-quality product output. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly of components and products using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support production goals by meeting daily output targets Assist with troubleshooting minor assembly or equipment issues Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and compliance requirements Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required (due to government contract requirements) High School Diploma or GED required 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments Ability to use basic hand tools and read work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience working in a regulated or government‑contracted environment Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices Basic mechanical aptitude or technical training Work Environment Manufacturing/production floor setting May require standing, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift PPE may be required depending on the work area Why Apply?
