The role covers business areas including Regulatory Reporting, KYC, Compliance, HR, and Risk.Role and responsibilitiesDesign and deploy applications on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, using SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL Server as backendBuild and maintain SharePoint intranet portals using HTML, CSS, SPFX, and ReactSupport and maintain the existing Risk Decision ToolWork with business and control teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirementsResearch business processes and propose ways to optimize and automate themQualifications+5 years building low-code/no-code solutions, with strong hands on knowledge of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and SQL ServerSolid SQL skills: stored procs, database design, indexing, joins, and MERGE commandsExperience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and AD entitlementsBackground working in finance, equity, or a similar institutionAlteryx or other low-code tooling a plus, Power BI a plusDegree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experienceCompany's BenefitsCompetitive salary between USD $110,000 - US$140,000401(k) retirement plan with company matching15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out)8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per yearCompany health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSAVoluntary STD and LTDCommuter/transit benefitsAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
