Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN
Location: Forest City Nursing and Rehab – Forest City, PA
Forest City Nursing and Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services at our skilled nursing facility in Forest City, PA. This flexible, as-needed role is perfect for a dedicated clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact on a schedule that works for them.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services within your scope of practice.
Participate in evaluations and assist in developing personalized treatment plans.
Implement targeted interventions that support mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Document care accurately and communicate resident progress with the interdisciplinary team.
What You'll Bring:
Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Physical Therapist.
BLS certification.
Excellent clinical judgment and a resident-centered mindset.
