Looking for a skilled Aluminum Welder to join our growing team in Fort Wayne. We are seeking an experienced professional who takes pride in producing high-quality welds and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Welder Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 25.00 to $ 35.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Perform MIG welding on aluminum components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Fabricate and assemble parts to customer specifications.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Welder Qualifications:

• Previous aluminum MIG welding experience is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
