Schedule: Shift: 3x12.5, Straight Days, EOW and Holiday, On Call per Unit Needs
Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Minimum of 1 year of travel experience
- BLS certification
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs and overall physical condition.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments while assisting with daily living activities.
- Communicate with healthcare team members regarding patient care plans and progress.
- Provide emergency response as needed and follow infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records compliant with healthcare regulations.
