Job Description Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Construction Services Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. Job duties include: Scheduling appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for multiple construction projects Providing clients with high-quality customer service Communicating client needs to field staff Inputting data into scheduling software Preparing field files for staff Performing miscellaneous administrative duties, including: Answering telephones and greeting clients at the front desk Document organization and filing Providing administrative support to project managers Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Required Skills and Experience 2+ years of dispatching experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Strong verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend coordination of field staff Experience dispatching for construction or other fast-paced industries (preferred) Status Full time, in office Salary Range Depends on experience Your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
