Medical Scheduler

Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an highly proficient, contract-to-hire Medical Scheduler to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in Muncie, IN! What You Will Do: Accountable for scheduling surgical procedures, diagnostic procedures, primary care, specialty care, and internal referrals. Follows and reinforces all policies for case scheduling. Communicates information for each scheduled appointment. Accountable for auditing and/or completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner. Works under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of consecutive and recent (within the last 5 years) experience in a call center environment required. Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times required! Shift Hours (Two Options Available): 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM availability M-F (40 hrs/wk) 11:30 to 7:00 PM Mon-Wed & 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thurs-Fri (32 hrs/wk) Job Type: Contract-to-hire Pay Details: $16.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
