One Vision is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our new 12-hour night shift schedule in Fort Dodge homes.This schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind-3 nights on, then the rest of your week free!As a DSP, you'll make a direct impact every shift, helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their most independent, fulfilling lives.What You'll DoAs a DSP, you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a mentor, coach, and supporter.
