Senior Civil Project Manager / Land Development Leader
Woodbine, MD | Hybrid Flexibility
Ready to take the next step in your career? A well-established and growing civil engineering firm in the Woodbine, MD area is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to become the right-hand person to company leadership and help drive the Land Development division.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys leading projects, mentoring engineers, building client relationships, and playing a key role in the future growth of the firm.
What You'll Do:
- Lead land development projects from concept through construction.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with municipalities.
- Oversee design, permitting, grading, stormwater, and utility layouts.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership.
- Assist with business development and help grow the civil department.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of civil land development experience.
- PE license preferred (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D, grading, drainage, and site design.
- Proven project management and client-facing experience.
- Leadership mindset with a desire to grow into a senior management role.
