Quality Assurance IDD (Project Management) Heart to Heart is seeking a dedicated professional to perform duties as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at our Group Home Programs throughout South Jersey. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will provide oversight for the development and implementation of programs at Heart to Heart. This position will provide quality assurance, oversight, support and training at all programs within the designated region to ensure that the programs meet licensing, funding and accreditation requirements. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will work with Program Directors and program staff and ensure that all program staff are receiving appropriate training and direction and will work in conjunction with support staff (Director of Nursing, Behavior Support Specialist) to ensure that the services provided are effective and as strong as possible. #J-18808-Ljbffr Heart to Heart Health Care Services LLC in
