Inventory Control Clerk

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk on 2nd Shift to join their dedicated team. As an Inventory Control Clerk , you will be an essential part of the Inventory Management Department supporting daily operations and ensuring system accuracy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk 2nd Shift

Location: Altavista, VA

Pay Range:$16.55

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Audit inventory to maintain system accuracy and balance

• Investigate inventory discrepancies during daily order processing

• Process rejected, expired, short-dated, and returned products

• Support Quality and Manufacturing teams with material destruction, rework, or quarantine

• Resolve orders on hold related to inventory status issues

What's Needed?

• Ability to pass background check and urine drug screen

• Strong computer interface skills for inventory management systems

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively

• Flexibility to work hours over 40, with overtime paid at Time and a Half

• High school diploma or GED
