Project Manager

Kitchen & Floor Decor is a leading construction and renovation company specializing in multi-family housing, affordable housing, and private projects across Massachusetts. We are looking for a Project Manager to support our growing operations team. This role will focus on kitchen, cabinet, countertop, flooring, and renovation projects, managing them from estimate request to closeout with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timelines, quality, and client communication. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinate with property managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to understand project needs. Utilize 20/20 Design Software to create, review, and refine project layouts and designs. Accurately measure square footage for installation and renovation purposes. Plan and schedule project phases, including resource allocation and timeline management. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any issues. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of service and quality. Maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in construction project management, renovation coordination, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, or a related field. Strong understanding of measurements, layouts, materials, and installation processes. Experience with 2020 Design Software / 2020 Design Flex preferred. Experience with Builder Prime or similar project management software is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow structured workflows. OSHA 10 certification is a plus or must be obtained after start date if required.
