With our new software platform, you can now structure deals, present finance products, and secure lender approvals within minutesall in one place. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, conducting needs-assessment discussions
• Guide vehicle selection, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations
• Engage with clients, identify and capture their requirements, and tailor every interaction to provide a personalized experience.
• Structure the deal and appraise trades using our state-of-the-art software (with manager support available as needed)
• Present finance & insurance products in a professional, transparent manner
• Obtain lender approvals directly, finalize paperwork, and ensure a stress-free vehicle delivery
• Follow up afterward to maintain high guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide a fast, fair and transparent vehicle purchasing process.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Adept at handling various web-based platforms, including DMS, CMS, and email tools, in an entirely digital, paperless setting. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, every time
• Self-motivated with a passion for cars and clients.
• Exceptionally quick learner, capable of rapidly mastering new skills and adapting to changing environments.
