Field Quality Manager - Michels Pipeline, Inc. Perrysburg, OH Michels Pipeline, Inc. constructs and maintains safe, reliable and environmentally sound utility lines. This role supports field operations by overseeing the implementation and compliance of Michels’ QA/QC programs in the field. Responsibilities Provide on-site inspections and routine assessments to ensure work meets quality expectations, project specifications, and industry standards. Oversee and ensure compliance of QA/QC programs in field operations. Work independently with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications 3+ years or more of QA/QC experience within the pipeline industry Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel across the United States Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team Related Industry Certifications such as AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), AMPP Coating Inspector (Level 1 – 3) (desired) Ability to read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and specifications (desired) Benefits Comprehensive benefits program, including Health, Dental, Life, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Account, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance, 401(k) plan, Legal Plan, and Identity Theft and Monitoring Plan.
