Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is hiring a Lead Associate to provide store leadership and manage daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Responsibilities Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure facility for the night. Prepare and maintain records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, opening/closing reports, and conduct inspections when necessary. Provide cash register/customer service. Receive, price, and stock donations (may lift up to 50 pounds). Hang, inspect, and tag textile and clothing in a production style setting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Lead or supervisory experience required. Hours and Pay Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 10 am‑8 pm, and Sunday 11 am. Pay: $15.05 per hour.
