Analytics Engineer

Build trusted metrics, semantic models, and analytical datasets for decision intelligence products. Impact Turn raw data into reusable analytical foundations. Help teams understand performance, risk, and operational patterns. Improve confidence in dashboards, reports, and AI features. What you'll do Create analytical models, metrics, transformations, and documentation. Partner with data engineering on quality, lineage, and performance. Work with users to define metrics and answer operational questions. Support dashboards, reports, and embedded analytics in products. What we're looking for 3+ years of analytics engineering, BI engineering, or data analysis experience. Strong SQL and data modeling skills. Experience with metrics layers, dbt-style modeling, or dashboard-backed workflows. U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance. Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems. Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams. Preferred experience AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, GovCloud, serverless, data, or AI services. AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus. Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
