Bookkeeper

As a Bookkeeper, you play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations. You manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and prepare financial reports to support informed decision-making. Your attention to detail helps reconcile bank statements and monitor financial discrepancies. You will work in an office setting handling sensitive financial data and collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily financial activities and ensure records are precise • Evaluate current procedures and introduce impactful bookkeeping improvements • Maintain accurate records by systematically reconciling bank statements and accounts • Administer compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies • Create financial reports and circulate them among stakeholders to support decision-making Qualifications: • Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks is beneficial • At least five years' experience managing bookkeeping tasks • Experience with GAAP and financial reporting • Completion of a bachelor's program in Finance or Accounting • Meticulous and organized in managing tasks Compensation: 60000 - 65000 yearly
