Telemetry Technician – Trinity Health Oakland Employment Type Full time Shift 12 Hour Night Shift Location Trinity Health Oakland, Michigan What You Will Do As a Telemetry Technician, you will play a vital role in patient care by supporting nursing staff and ensuring accurate cardiac monitoring. Responsibilities Monitoring cardiac rhythms and telemetry for patients. Providing leadership and professional support in telemetry monitoring activities. Collaborating with nursing leadership to standardize arrhythmia management and non-invasive cardiology testing. Participating in multidisciplinary teams to design and implement clinical standards of care for monitored patients. Promoting exceptional customer service and organizational values. What You Will Need Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire. One of the following: Completion of a Cardiac Monitoring program. Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) through CCI.
