Use a variety of hand and power tools with precision, following detailed work instructions and technical documentation to ensure safety and accuracy.

Support process improvements by providing insights and suggestions to streamline assembly and enhance product quality.

Handle mechanical and electrical components responsibly, maintaining a safe and efficient assembly environment.

Maintain a fast-paced workflow while consistently meeting production deadlines and quality expectations.

What We're Looking For: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical degrees or previous manufacturing experience are advantageous.

Minimum of 1 year of related mechanical assembly experience; 2+ years and a technical background are preferred.

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly practices.

Dedication to producing high-quality work and actively seeking process enhancements.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and endurance.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment.
