We are seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist to support students in a collaborative school environment during the 20262027 school year.

Position:.4 SLP

Location: Shoreline, WA

School Year: 20262027

Schedule: 14-15 hours per week

Hourly Pay: $55-80/hourly

Grade Level: Elementary

Regular caseload support and mentorship from our Clinical Support Director

Bi-weekly team meetings for collaboration, networking, and case support

For Clinical Fellows, we provide structured supervision, dedicated mentorship, and consistent support throughout your CFY so you feel prepared, supported, and set up for success as you work toward your CCC-SLP.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Eligible for or holding a Washington Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist license and Washington Educational Staff Associate certification

Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice

Open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY))
