Job Description

• 
  Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  
  



• 
  Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  
  



• 
  Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
  
  



• 
  Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations on-site.
  
  



• 
  Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  
  



• 
  Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  
  



• 
  Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation.
  
  



• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:
