Assistant Community Construction Manager

You will supervise subcontractor activities, monitor all costs, implement cost controls, and walk homes at various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded. Qualifications One to two years of construction field experience with general knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing preferred. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
