Onsite IT Support Specialist (Tier 1)

Homans Associates, Wilmington Branch, is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Tier 1) to be the primary contact for employees’ technology issues. This onsite role handles end-user hardware, software, and peripheral problems, with ticketed request handling across multiple locations. You will set up new hardware/software, document interactions, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
