Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCandidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a rolling forecast, leveraging key business inputs to create a comprehensive long-term strategic plan and financial outlook for the enterprisePartner with department heads to refine operational drivers that impact top-line growth and margin expansionMonitor working capital trends (DSO, DPO, Inventory) within cash modelDevelop 3-statement modeling for the consolidated business and various segmentsMaintain a weekly consolidated forecast driven by key inputs from the business; articulate updates to Finance leadership and the CFOServe as the main point of contact for questions regarding financial projectionsRegularly meet with Finance leadership and the CFO to provide key insights to the consolidated financial performance/climatePrepare quarterly presentations and support to be presented to senior leadership and the Board of DirectorsDesign and manage multiple models to track financial progress, identify trends, and perform ad hoc analysis, including M&A transaction analysis, to inform our leadership team; gain insight through interaction with departments across the company Analyze and interpret financial data and communicate explanations and recommendations to company leadership; develop understanding of key drivers of resultsUtilize your creativity to develop solutions outside-of-the-boxSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldMBA or MS-Finance is a plus5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, preferably in Technology, Media or Communications industriesSkills and Qualifications:Candidates will have a background in complex 3-statement financial modeling, valuation, and transaction-oriented finance; experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or private equity preferredBring a positive attitude every dayExpert-level Microsoft Excel with professional proficiency in Enterprise Performance Management tools (OneStream, SmartView, Essbase)Proficient in Google Suite - primarily Sheets and SlidesExcellent teamwork skills with the ability to establish productive working relationships with other departments and personnelWell-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materialsAbility to define problems, seek and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detailInitiative to challenge current processes to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables to our internal customersExperience with or ability to work in a fast-paced, high-throughput environmentVisa sponsorship not available for this roleSalary RangesCompensation: $101,925.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year BenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
