Get a peek into life here at Kraft Heinz through our Instagram and TikTok channels!Senior Finance Manager, FP&A at a Glance….The Senior Finance Manager will be a key finance role supporting the Company's efforts to deliver savings commitments throughout the U.S. Supply Chain and drive the delivery of all finance transformation in the Supply Chain Finance group. In this role you will be a key business partner to package owners, entity owners, budget owners, and functional leadership. You will take a leadership role in the budget, forecast, and results processes while working across the organization to create and implement optimal processes and tools.What’s on the menu?Initiates analytical projects to identify savings opportunitiesLeads teams to deliver on savings commitments Serve as an advocate in financial planning and accounting matters (e.g., financial reporting, cost allocations) and process improvement opportunitiesSupport the organization in the redesign of company-wide business planning processMaintain reports of actual and expected business performanceEstablish and maintain reporting cadenceSupport accurate P&L and publishing of financial presentations ranging from consolidated financials, flash reports, and other reports necessary to help drive optimal decision makingPrepare standard and ad-hoc analysis, driving insight on business gaps to plan and benchmarksLead the Monthly Performance Review preparation / aggregation, Annual Operating Plan budgeting process, Strategic Plan, Impairment AnalysisManage deferral modelReview regularly with the business to identify risks and opportunities, and mitigation of risksAttend business unit meetings, helping to represent Finance when neededLiaise with other functional groups supporting the business, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Accounting / Controllership, S&OP, and others to identify issues impacting the business and develop recommendations for improvementAssist in the coaching and development of FP&A teamRecipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you!Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred5+ years’ experience, in a complex environment with escalating levels of responsibilityStrong technical and systems orientation (experience with Hyperion/FiT and SAP) desiredPrior Function, Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferredDemonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumenExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently while also having the ability to work autonomously and think independentlyAbility to coach, develop and help team prioritizeExcel technical skills along with systems agilityOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range:$120,800.00 - $151,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
