Pharmacy Customer Associate I-BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy

Position Overview Pharmacy Customer Associate, located in Las Vegas, Nevada (3634 S Maryland Pkwy). Training is on-site for 5 weeks. The role is primarily virtual full‑time, with required in‑person training sessions to provide onboarding and skill development. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance to the posting location unless an accommodation is granted. Shift Multiple shifts available between 7:30am and 7:00pm. Responsibilities Respond to basic customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions. Develop and maintain positive customer relations. Coordinate with internal functions to ensure customer requests are handled and resolved promptly. Interact with internal and external customers, including subscribers, providers, benefit administrators, physician offices, third‑party representatives, and other insurance plans, to provide claims, customer service, and membership support. Complete necessary research to provide proactive, thorough solutions. Display ownership of service requests, ensuring high‑quality resolution. Support and guide customers with their personal options and decisions, helping them become knowledgeable and confident about using available technology, tools, and resources. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent and previous experience in an automated customer‑service environment; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. Preferred Skills: Experience in specialty pharmacy; call‑center experience. Professional competencies for URAC accredited areas: strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem‑solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $16.89–$25.33 per hour.
