We are looking for a Pizza Maker to fill a vacant spot in our kitchen staff and contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Start of the day - Do the preparation work like prepare dough and pizzas, chop all vegetables, dishwashing, etc
- End of the day - Restocking make table, dishwashing and general clean-up of kitchen, monitor food stock
- Have the kitchen ready for the next day.
- Handling multiple food orders at one time as well as monitoring multiple food orders, with all professional kitchen equipment
- Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and evenings.
- Practice food safe procedures
We are looking for someone to work as a team player, performs all functions in the kitchen and follows instructions to help us delight our customers with delicious food from our menu.
Requirements:
- Must be 18
- High School Diploma or Diploma from a culinary school
- Familiar with all professional kitchen equipment is a plus
- Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene.
- Excellent team spirit with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to details.
- Ready to work for extra hours and extra role when required
- Will be provided with CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training and Food Handling Training
- The person we are hoping to employ is a skilled individual that pays attention to detail and is organized.
