In this customer-focused sales role, you'll help guests find the right new or pre-owned vehicle by building relationships, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.CompensationBase Pay + Uncapped CommissionMonthly Volume Bonus OpportunitiesUnlimited Earning PotentialTOP producers earn up to $120,000/yr! First Year Average is $50,000-$75,000/yrResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing processBuild relationships through exceptional customer serviceIdentify customer needs and recommend the right new or pre-owned vehicleConduct vehicle presentations and test drivesExplain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefitsNegotiate and complete vehicle sales professionallyMaintain customer relationships through follow-up and repeat businessUtilize dealership CRM tools to manage customer communications and sales opportunitiesStay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and automotive technologyCollaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experienceQualifications2+ years of Commissioned Sales experience is REQUIREDPrevious experience in automotive sales is preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with a competitive drive to succeedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentProfessional appearance and positive attitudeValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentNo automotive experience?
