About the RoleWe are looking for a personable and organized Public Relations Assistant to support initiatives that strengthen our brand reputation and build positive relationships with customers and external audiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys representing an organization, helping coordinate outreach activities, and creating meaningful connections. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience while developing professional communication and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities- Assist with public relations initiatives and brand awareness activities.
- Help coordinate outreach efforts, promotional appearances, and company events.
- Support positive relationships with customers, visitors, and external contacts.
- Help prepare informational and promotional materials for public-facing activities.
- Ensure company information is presented accurately and professionally.
- Collect feedback from interactions and share relevant observations with the team.
- Coordinate with colleagues to keep outreach activities organized and consistent with company standards.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and confidence when interacting with different audiences.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage responsibilities and collaborate with a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in public relations, outreach, or customer engagement is an advantage but not required.
- Practical experience in public relations and brand representation.
- Training and mentorship from experienced team members.
