Production Operator

We make the highest-quality cocktail syrups in the country—and we do it the hard way. Real ingredients, in‑house manufacturing, and a team that cares about getting production done right. We’re looking for a Production Operator who wants to be hands‑on in a fast‑growing beverage company and take real ownership over the product leaving the building. This is not a passive role. You’ll run equipment, build batches, troubleshoot problems, and help us continuously improve how we operate. What You’ll Do Build syrup batches from raw ingredients, following detailed formulations Set up and run our packaging line for daily production Monitor and record key quality metrics (Brix, pH, etc.) Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, and equipment to food‑safe standards Handle changeovers between products and bottle formats Maintain and disassemble equipment for cleaning and light maintenance Keep production and warehouse areas clean and organized Assist with ingredient receiving and inventory organization Support R&D and new product trials when needed What We’re Looking For Experience in beverage, brewery, or food production strongly preferred Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment Very high attention to detail Safety oriented Able to stay focused and move quickly in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable being on your feet all day and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly Strong team player who communicates clearly Reliable and consistent—this is a full time role Details Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Georgetown, TX (on‑site) Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match 2 weeks paid time off + federal holidays Life insurance Why This Role Matters We manufacture in‑house, which means quality lives or dies with the production team.
