If you enjoy working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and helping prospective residents find their next home, we'd love to hear from you! What We're Looking For Property management and leasing experience preferred. Strong sales and marketing skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Professional, organized, and team-oriented attitude. Schedule This is a part-time position working 24–25 hours per week . We offer a flexible schedule, with options such as: Thursday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Compensation $24.00–$26.00 per hour , depending on experience Excellent bonus opportunities What is needed from you: Meet and greet prospective residents, in a timely and friendly manner Follow up with any prospective residents as needed Qualify applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for the new residents Maintains thorough and up-to-date rental files.
