Agent Apprentice | Farmers Insurance Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | Paid Training | Career Advancement Turn Your Sales Experience Into a Career We're looking for a motivated Agent Apprentice who wants to build a long-term career in insurance sales. You’ll work directly with an experienced agency team while developing your sales skills, insurance knowledge, and client relationships. This is a performance-driven role for someone who enjoys working toward goals, earning commission, and continuing to grow professionally. Previous sales experience or a demonstrated history of meeting measurable goals is required.
