Health Benefits Advisors is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Licensed Medicare Agent to assist clients with their Medicare coverage options. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping clients understand and select appropriate Medicare plans.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with Medicare plan options and enrollment
- Explain coverage, benefits, costs, and eligibility requirements
- Respond to client questions and provide accurate information
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Follow all applicable Medicare and insurance regulations
- Provide professional and timely customer service
- Active health insurance license required
- Medicare sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Knowledge of Medicare products and regulations preferred
