The Tuff Memorial Home is located in Hills, MN approximately 15 miles outside of Sioux Falls. It is a very prestigious Home with a rich history. The majority of our residents grew up in the area which creates for a Home with great community ties. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Achieving the highest quality of care will be the first and most important responsibility of the Director of Nursing. The following are just a few of the other areas expected of the Director of nursing: Customer Service (Family & Potential Residents) Employee Relations (Nursing Staff & Other Deparment Staff) Attracting and Retaining Top Quality Employees Regulatory Management Preferred Skills Nursing Leadership Experience Recommended Ability to Answer Questions Effectively and Timely Organized Qualifications Must hold a degree as a Registered Nurse Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
