Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI & Copilot Architect to lead enterprise AI strategy, architecture, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure AI, Generative AI, Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, LLMs, MLOps, Power Platform, DevOps, and enterprise integrations.

This role will partner with CXO stakeholders, business leaders, and engineering teams to design, govern, and deliver scalable AI solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Enterprise Architecture

• Define enterprise AI vision, roadmap, and architecture strategy.
• Drive AI adoption and digital transformation with executive stakeholders.
• Design scalable AI solutions across Azure, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Lead enterprise adoption of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI platforms.

Agentic AI & Copilot Solutions

• Architect Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, workflows, and integrations.
• Design multi-agent orchestration, task decomposition, and fallback strategies.
• Build RAG-based AI solutions using Azure AI Search and vector databases.
• Implement prompt engineering and ground AI copilots with enterprise data.

AI/ML Engineering & Data Platforms

• Deploy, fine-tune, and customize Generative AI models.
• Develop AI and data solutions using Python and PySpark.
• Work with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Form Recognizer, and Cognitive Search.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps practices for model lifecycle management.

DevOps, ALM & Governance

• Define ALM strategy across Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Implement CI/CD using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Manage Power Platform solutions, environment variables, and connection references.
• Establish governance for security, compliance, DLP policies, Responsible AI, and data residency.
• Ensure secure, scalable, repeatable, and auditable AI deployments.

Enterprise Integration & Enablement

• Architect integrations with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and ServiceNow.
• Develop REST APIs, custom connectors, and automation using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Lead customer workshops, architecture sessions, and technical enablement programs.

Observability & Operations

• Implement monitoring using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Track AI performance, reliability, adoption, and operational metrics.
• Continuously optimize AI solutions and agent workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise in vector/hybrid retrieval and enterprise RAG.
• Exposure to AWS and GCP environments.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI operating models (Agent Factory).

Experience

• 20+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years in Azure Architecture.
• Proven experience in AI strategy, enterprise architecture, and CXO engagement.
• Strong background in enterprise AI transformation and platform governance.

Education

• Required: BCA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, or equivalent.
• Preferred: M.Tech or MS.
