Clinical / Medical Laboratory Scientist

Jackson HealthPros is hiring a Clinical / Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform diagnostic testing on patient samples and analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits to aid physicians in the diagnosis or monitoring of various disease states.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in related field as required by individual clients.
• Valid certification required: ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty.
• Experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist; Medical Laboratory Technician will not be considered.
• Experience in Blood Bank testing as listed in order notes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a clinic laboratory setting preferred.

Assignment Details

• Location: Lawrenceville, GA.
• Facility type: Hospital.
• Schedule: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM with every third weekend.
• Role focuses on clinical laboratory specimen testing and analysis.
