Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary base, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities Keep product moving efficiently and timely through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Maintain the Stockroom: ensure merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan, and take action to correct them. Support teammates by completing non stock‑related tasks or assisting guests when needed. Prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love AE and Aerie products. You have strong organizational and detail orientation skills with priority‑setting and time management capabilities. You have flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. You have prior stock‑related experience. Our Associates Love AEO Because They work with real people—there’s nothing like our family. They receive opportunities for development and career advancement. They receive 40% off AE & Aerie products year‑round, plus seasonal discounts. They can participate in store contests for the chance to win merchandise and exclusive prizes.
