Registered Nurse School Setting in Plymouth, MA

As an experienced RN or LPN/LVN, you will provide essential one-on-one care, including seizure monitoring and mobility assistance for a non-verbal, wheelchair-bound student. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid RN or LPN/LVN license in Massachusetts required
• Previous experience with pediatric or school nursing strongly preferred
• Confident in monitoring and responding to seizure activity
• Skilled in supporting wheelchair transfers and non-verbal communication
• Compassionate, calm under pressure, and highly dependable

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accompany and monitor the student on the school bus during morning (7:00am-9:00am) and afternoon (2:30pm-4:30pm, occasionally later) routes, Monday through Friday
• Provide proactive health assessments and seizure response as needed
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and safety throughout transportation
• Act as a liaison between school staff, transportation teams, and parents regarding the student's care
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nursing interventions
